We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Middle School Assistant Principal to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading our school towards academic excellence and fostering a positive educational environment. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Principal in managing school operations, ensuring a high standard of instructional quality, and providing leadership to staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school.
Promote a positive school culture that inspires student achievement and staff engagement.
Lead initiatives for student support and development, guiding teachers in best practices for instruction and classroom management.
Collaborate with staff to monitor and assess educational programs, ensuring they align with district standards.
Support the development of effective curriculum and education strategies that enhance student learning.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Engage with parents and the community to foster relationships that support school initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
Valid administrative certification in Texas.
Experience in a leadership role within a school setting is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment.
