Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations • Lead and support department managers and staff to foster a positive, resident-centered culture • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community • Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards
