Compensation : $46 seasonal rate SCHEDULE: Temporary - Program runs from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 As a Seasonal Operating Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care during our peak season, earning competitive pay while supporting our mission of excellence in patient care. You will also have priority for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles after the program concludes. Job Responsibilities: Prepare the operating room, ensuring instrument and equipment setup according to preference cards and surgeon’s needs. Function as the circulator, coordinating care and overseeing the surgical environment during procedures. Facilitate smooth transitions between surgeries. Utilize proper techniques for patient transport to prevent injury. Manage patient care, including medication and anesthesia support. Ensure accurate and complete documentation before and after surgical procedures. What We Are Looking For: Graduated from an accredited nursing program. At least 1 year of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center. Active RN license as required by state or appropriate compact licensure. BCLS certification required (online certification not acceptable). ACLS certification as necessary for the facility. CNOR certification is preferred.
