The best drivers can earn over $98,000 per year. Pay Structure:

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Conduct thorough inspections of tractor-trailers for defects before and after trips, submitting DOT inspection reports. Check bill of lading and manage keys accurately during off-hour deliveries. Safely drive the tractor-trailer to destinations using your expertise in commercial driving regulations. Maintain a driver log (either Manual or Peoplenet) compliant with DOT regulations, plus document delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions. Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum age of 21. Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) required. At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving tractors and trailers. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks efficiently and safely, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Are you a match? We want you on our team!
