$22.14 - $28.78 / hour, based on relevant experience Summary: As a Lead Urgent Care Technician, you will guide your team through exceptional patient care, embodying the values of teamwork and dedication. Your role involves providing critical patient care under the direction of healthcare providers while fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures. Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity and quality management. Coordinate services and prioritize tasks, enhancing workflow and problem-solving. Perform responsibilities of underlying job, offering guidance on complex issues. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Credentials: EMT, LPN, CMA, RMA, EMT-Paramedic, or military medic course completion. High school diploma or GED. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and IV proficiency within 6 months of hire. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. BLS or CPR certification must be valid upon start date and for sixty days post-hire.
