Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I duties are to perform the phlebotomy, collection of lab specimens, and delivery of specimens to the processing lab. The PSR I has the responsibility to monitor patients from the point of triage until the point the patient is released from the phlebotomy station. The PSR I communicates with patients to collect specimens for drug tests and blood tests. The PSR I also conducts a wide variety of laboratory procedures that are essential for research being conducted on the best treatment for the safest and most effective pharmaceutical products for use by patients.
