In this dynamic role as a Wholesaler, you will be essential in driving sales growth by fostering relationships with national and regional broker partners. Your main responsibilities will include: Recruiting and training new producers while achieving sales production and premium growth objectives. Providing comprehensive enrollment support for new producers on their initial accounts. Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with sales support, underwriting, and other key departments. Motivating and developing producers to enhance their capabilities and productivity. Analyzing market trends and facilitating recruiting initiatives to bring in high-quality producers. Assisting producers in maximizing value from their existing business and identifying new opportunities. Implementing strategies to improve business persistency in your designated area. **Reporting Structure:** You will report to the Manager or Director. **Qualifications:** Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Certifications:

CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC are advantageous. **Skills and Attributes:** Exceptional sales communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A strong work ethic and commitment to staying abreast of industry changes and marketing strategies. Experience in the recruitment and management of an insurance sales team. **Work Environment:** This position allows for a hybrid work arrangement, primarily focused on sales activities from home or the office in Scottsdale.
