You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding! Currently self-employed? We do not require a non-compete, we simply ask that you respect the relationships we have with our clients, while allowing you to supplement your income. Benefits include: Fun, positive and fast-paced work environment There is always a pot-luck, contest or promotion going on Opening / Closing shifts available 7 days per week From day 1 you craft your schedule to achieve work / life balance W2 employee with a set schedule Workers Comp protection Full or part-time available All supplies provided, all you need to bring are your skills / experience Use your expertise to make clients happy, not to shop for supplies Hourly combined with per service, upgrades, bonuses, gratuities and a complimentary service every month Get paid on your requests -$350 sign on bonus for part time -$550 sign on bonus for full time Massage Therapist Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate with guests & members in a professional, friendly manner Perform consecutive 50 or 80-minute massage therapy sessions Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs Promote the benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis Create excellent experiences for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas Client oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers Massage Therapist Position Requirements:
