Stanbridge University is looking for a passionate and motivated Admissions Representative to become a key member of our team. In this role, you'll guide prospective students through the admissions journey, serving as their first point of contact and providing insights about our programs and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities

Respond to all phone, internet, and in-person inquiries in a timely and efficient manner Establish rapport with prospective students in all phone and internet interactions by answering questions about programs, asking pertinent and fact-finding questions, and scheduling appointments for face-to-face interviews Create a friendly and professional atmosphere during interviews by providing clear, complete, and accurate information about programs and the admissions process in accordance with university policies Present accurate information about program content and length, academic requirements and policies, and employment and salary prospects for graduates Disseminate current advertising and promotional media to prospective students during the admissions process Provide student outcomes and other achievements of the university from approved documents and sources Evaluate the educational and employment background of each prospective student to determine program fit Convey results of admissions examinations to prospective students and assist in rescheduling retake examinations as necessary Coordinate admissions activities with other functional areas of the university, including financial aid, student services, and educational programs Enter data on leads, return calls, emails, appointments, interviews, completions, enrollments, and other required data Use all tools available to admissions representatives, including databases, phone systems, software programs, and print media Provide feedback to the Director of Admissions about successes, challenges, and areas for improvement of the admissions process Establish and meet qualitative and quantitative performance goals to achieve customer service, enrollment, and reporting targets Attend departmental meetings, graduation ceremonies, and other university events as required Foster an educational environment that is conducive to learning, respect, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism Adhere to accrediting, federal, and state agency requirements as well as university policies Provide outstanding customer service to all university constituencies and partners Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer/President Maintain acceptable performance as measured by supervisor and student evaluations Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Two or more years of experience in admissions in higher education or customer relations in business Ability to meet minimum requirements of accrediting, state, and federal agencies for education, work experience, and certification/licensing Knowledge of institutional, accrediting, state, and federal standards, laws, and regulations for higher education Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment Proficiency with computer technology systems current in higher education Salary: $25-$30 per hour (based on education and experience) Conditions of Employment
