The company is seeking a dynamic Global Chief Sales Executive to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and supporting our long-term value creation strategy. You will be pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive global sales plan, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients across high-traffic venues such as amusement parks, ski resorts, hotels, and sporting arenas. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales.
As the Global Chief Sales Executive, you will spearhead a high-performing sales team, collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility, and oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, strategic planning, and performance reporting. Your deep understanding of sales technology, data-driven decision-making, and experience in private equity-backed companies will be critical in this role.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales leadership experience in high-traffic venue contexts, with expertise in guest experience technology, ticketing solutions, or venue operations. Key responsibilities include building and managing a strong sales pipeline, negotiating and closing significant multi-year contracts, and leveraging sales technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
