As an Entry Level Shift Supervisor, your role is crucial in driving sales by engaging with customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling. You'll also provide vital support to management as needed.

About You:

• You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours
• You are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning your work area and equipment
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on action and results
• You can work independently, yet excel in team-building environments
• You prioritize safety and perform your duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail setting
