Insight Global is hiring: Recruiter in Spartanburg

As a Recruiter supporting our North America Distribution Center (DC) network, you will help deliver the talent that keeps our operations moving. In this fast-paced role, you will support full-cycle recruitment for hourly and frontline roles, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, and team leads, across multiple DC locations. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition teammates, HR, and DC leadership to execute hiring strategies, support large-scale hiring events, and create a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Required Skills & Experience
- Four-year College or University degree
- Experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting strongly preferred.
- Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
- Familiarity with warehouse/distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
