About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Executive Vice President of Finance (CFO) with extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise sectors. As a crucial member of the leadership team, you will craft and implement financial strategies that drive our company’s growth and long-term objectives. In collaboration with the CEO and leaders across the organization, you will spearhead initiatives in franchising, site development, and M&A opportunities

To be considered for this pivotal role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA as a significant advantage. A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience is essential, alongside at least 5 years in a senior financial role. We seek candidates with a proven track record in managing P&L, capital structures, and growth initiatives, particularly in private equity or investor-backed environments.

Your leadership will also involve building and mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting team. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills are critical to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the executive team and the Board.
