Adecco is hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk in Bohemia, NY!
If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong experience with Excel and CorePay, this could be a great opportunity for you. Experience with NetSuite is a plus !
Responsibilities:

Process and enter invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions

Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)

Familiarity with CorePay (or similar payroll/AP systems)

Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not required
-
1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
