Overview Attorney Recruiting Specialist role at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in San Francisco. Responsibilities Assist with local attorney onboarding and the local summer program. Work with the Sr. Manager of US Lateral Associate Recruiting to help manage Business Unit lateral recruiting, particularly for the Litigation and Corporate Business Units. Work with the Sr. Manager of US Law School Recruiting to help manage entry-level recruiting, including assisting with summer associate hiring and organizing campus events. Oversee the accuracy of the applicant database (iCIMS) for both lateral and entry-level associate hiring activity and generate related hiring reports. Develop and maintain relationships with office leadership and Recruiting Committee members, and help facilitate law school relationships, especially in Northern California. Provide research, analyze data, and generate reports as requested. Familiarize yourself with the attorney handbook and policies to effectively field questions. Understand Orrick\'s innovative vision and the Recruiting Department\'s role in realizing that mission, know the firm and its practice groups, and identify credentials and traits that predict success for Orrick attorneys. Qualifications Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Prior legal recruiting experience with entry-level and/or lateral associate recruiting is strongly preferred. Experience with Zoom, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, 12twenty, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS or LawCruit) preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated organization and team-management skills. Ability to be innovative and operate enthusiastically with a broad range of professionals; able to work independently and in teams. Ability to handle concurrent projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Flexibility and dedication to work beyond written duties as needed; ability to travel as required. Willingness to work during irregular evening and weekend hours when required for time-sensitive activities. Compensation The pay information shown includes the following ranges: Base pay range $74,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr , and the estimated salary range mentioned as $79,000 - $110,000 . Actual pay is based on skills and experience.
