This position is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara.
Who You Are
- An experienced recruiting operations leader (7+ years) with a proven history of designing, scaling, and optimizing systems in high-growth tech environments.
- Knowledgeable about recruiting tools, workflows, data compliance, and how these elements impact candidate experience and business outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and moving quickly, with a focus on taking action and making iterative improvements.
- Passionate about incorporating emerging technologies, such as AI, into recruiting programs to enhance precision, scalability, and innovation.
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, finance, and leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution.
- Convinced that operational excellence in hiring significantly enhances talent, culture, and organizational momentum.
What We Need
- Leadership and accountability for our recruiting operations roadmap, encompassing core systems and strategic initiatives.
- Process design and optimization throughout the recruiting funnel, from headcount management to onboarding handoff.
- Establishment of infrastructure to support scalability, including applicant tracking, scheduling, reporting, enablement, and compliance.
- Development of insightful recruiting analytics to measure quality, speed, equity, and effectiveness.
- Close collaboration with People, HR, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure alignment in tools, policies, and planning.
- A high-trust team builder who can manage, mentor, and elevate team members within the recruiting operations space.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k, including base and variable compensation targets. Actual offers will take into account experience, skills, education, background, and location.
