Overview

Under supervision of a manager, the Sr. Recruiting Coordinator works closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, to provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process. This role supports the Recruiting team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity and any requests for temporary resources.

The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for support activities including: posting jobs; scheduling interviews; following up on background check results; responding to applicant inquiries; assisting Recruiters with sourcing and screening applicants and representing the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Administrative (100%) Correspond and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers using multiple channels such as telephone, on-site (face-to-face) and Zoom or Google Hangout, with speed and efficiency.
  • Maintain Workday recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up to date.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates.
  • Manage onsite or virtual candidate assessments and filing documents.
  • Greeting candidates who are on-site or virtually when interviews are virtual.
  • Work closely with other coordinators/schedulers on cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with background check results with candidates as needed.
  • Coordinate temp agency agreements and manage the temp needs for corporate positions.
  • Assist in the gathering of necessary compliance documents from contractors and agencies.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required to support the warehouse recruiting teams, as needed.
  • Assist with onsite or offsite job fairs or recruiting events.
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Human Resources or Recruiting; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse recruiting environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and G-Suite tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
