Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Analyst, Market Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and providing key insights on market, customer, and sales to Sales and Marketing leadership to inform strategic decision-making, and will support the PDN sales teams and leadership to understand and identify trends and opportunities in the market as they continue to rapidly scale their efforts and grow their business. They will have a knack both for translating data into actionable insights and tactical recommendations to senior leadership, and for self-directing inquiries into data trends and anomalies that support key commercial initiatives. He/she will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Insights & Analytics, and will partner closely with the VP of PDN sales. Role Requirements
Gather, analyze and interpret market and sales data from various sources, such as internal systems, external databases, and primary and secondary research, to uncover key insights related to the industry/market, our customers and patients, competition, and Nevro performance. Inform on, help develop, and track marketing and sales strategies and initiatives based on insights. Implement and maintain reporting mechanisms, reports and dashboards to track marketing and sales performance and initiatives. Support sales team by completing and distributing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting as well as facilitate ad-hoc reporting, querying and analysis requests related to sales performance, revenue, and market opportunity. Manage analysis related to forecast, quota, sales territories, customer trends, and productivity. Work in salesforce.com platform to run reports and manage / develop dashboards. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience as an analyst or consultant required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines. Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control with limited supervision. Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues. Solid experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau. Curious, with a passion for finding the hidden “why” behind data and turning analyses actionable insights for key decision-making. Target Pay Range
$93,723 - $128,870. The final starting salary offer to the successful candidate will be determined by evaluating several factors, such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, alignment with market data, and geography. *Nevro is a multi-state employer, so the target pay range may increase or decrease depending on the city/state.
