Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting October 6-January 2 at their Corporate Health clinic in Sunnyvale, CA. Provider will work with MA to see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Client prefers candidates with pediatric experience.
