A hospital is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for locums coverage. About the Facility Location
The facility is located in Alamogordo, NM. About the Clinician's Workday
The schedule includes clinic Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities include hospital rounding, consults, procedures, and ED call coverage, averaging 25 consults daily. Procedures involve left and right heart catheterizations, AICD/pacemaker insertions and generator changes, and TEEs, with certification in pacemakers and AICDs required. The hospital uses Cerner EMR, while the cath lab operates on Change Healthcare.
