Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus The role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-ready AI systems that power intelligent automation and decision-making. Core responsibilities center around advancing agentic AI workflows and creating the frameworks, services, and tools that transform foundation models into reliable, production-grade applications. Responsibilities:
Define platform architecture by designing APIs, orchestration patterns, and policy frameworks that scale across diverse enterprise use cases. Standardize and automate agentic workflows, establishing best practices and evaluating emerging approaches to meet enterprise requirements. Enhance developer experience by delivering SDKs, CLIs, and starter kits that accelerate the journey from prototype to production. Apply expertise in autonomous workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reasoning-based orchestration, and task automation. Drive performance and cost efficiency through techniques such as caching, batching, and system-level tuning. Mentor engineers, document best practices, and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing across teams. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field with 5+ years of AI/ML experience, or Master’s with 3+ years. 5+ years of Python programming experience. Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, etc.). 2+ years with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel). 2+ years with MLOps tools and CI/CD. 2+ years designing and supporting complex AI systems. Proven leadership, mentoring, and strong communication skills. Seniority level
