Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist
to join our growing team serving the community of

Full-time position within a collaborative surgical and specialty services team General urology practice with opportunity to tailor subspecialty interests Mixture of inpatient consults, outpatient clinic, and OR time Clinic-based procedures and minimally invasive surgical options supported Call & Clinic Responsibilities Scheduled 7 days on / 7 days off model Provide coverage for: Emergency room and inpatient consults Urologic procedures and surgeries Post-operative and follow-up visits in clinic New patient evaluations and chronic condition management Maintain high standards of perioperative and longitudinal care Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: 650,000-750,000 (inclusive of 24-hour call and clinic coverage) Employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with employer match Paid time off and CME allowance Student loan repayment assistance available; PSLF-eligible Malpractice insurance Supportive work environment with emphasis on provider wellness State-of-the-art facilities and robust clinical support staff Qualifications Board Certified/Eligible in Urology California medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Commitment to Adventist Health’s mission and values Willingness to serve rural and underserved populations Ability to clear Med-staff/credentialing Why Bakersfield?
