Position Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Location: Atlanta, GA (on-site) Position Type: Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals Oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and security Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives Manage IT budgets, vendors, and compliance Partner with executive leadership to support company vision Qualifications Proven experience as a CIO, Deputy CIO, or senior IT executive in a
regulated, complex industry
(insurance or financial services strongly preferred; life & health ideal, P&C considered). Demonstrated experience with
system integration, platform consolidation, and policy administration system evaluation/implementation . Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices, with direct operational oversight experience. Strong background in managing enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft 365, legacy platforms, and document imaging systems. Ability to reduce technical debt, implement ITIL frameworks, and strengthen IT governance. Track record of building and developing IT teams while staying actively engaged in technical execution. Strong financial acumen with budget and vendor management expertise. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner across executive leadership teams.
