Traditional Family Medicine | near Lincoln, NE | 300-325K Base, 1 Call Day/Month An award-winning, 10-bed Critical-Access Hospital in Central Nebraska, just an hour from Lincoln, is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team and work a 4-day week with 1 call day per month. The Position
Work alongside 3 experienced FM physicians and 5 APPs 4-day work week, Mon–Thu Average of 15-20 patients per day in clinic 1 call day per month covering the 4-bed ER and inpatient consults Compensation includes a Base Salary up to $325K; with wRVU production, income can exceed $400K Sign-on of $50,000; Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, CME, Relocation assistance Student Loan Repayment options up to $30K per year; Nebraska state match up to an additional $30K per year Central Nebraska / The Community
