Premise Health As a Part Time Primary Care Physician, you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Austin, MN. The scheduled hours are Tuesdays from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Conduct histories, physical exams, and prescribe medical treatment to patients ages 2 and older.
Provide a spectrum of high-quality, person-focused health care services that may include episodic, preventive, occupational and/or primary health care to patients based on client needs.
Oversee the site’s clinical practices and procedures.
Participate in the development of annual health center goals and objectives.
Drive outcomes for the site across clinical programs; participate in developing policies and guidelines to improve service.
Meet with prospective physician candidates to assess clinical quality and cultural fit; may teach/train and mentor site physicians and staff.
Collaborate with DCO and operations team to drive member engagement and utilization.
Demonstrate clinical subject matter expertise and serve as collaborative physician for advanced practice providers when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support safe, effective operation of the health center and quality, cost-effective care.
Education and Certifications
Licensed to practice medicine in each state of practice/oversight
Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice/oversight)
State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state
Current board certificate (ABMS, AMA or AOA) or board eligibility with plan to sit for boards within 1 year of hire
CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) or ACLS certification; hands-on skills evaluation required
Experience
3–5 years minimum in family practice, emergency room, ambulatory care, or occupational health settings
Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry may be preferred
Knowledge and Skills
Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills; confident with individuals at all organizational levels
Knowledge and experience with electronic medical records preferred

Compensation range for this role is $160–$175 per hour, with the final rate influenced by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
