The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and lifecycle management of innovative information, digital, and SaaS products that serve mobility and related industries. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, technology trends, content delivery formats, and user experience design. Acting as the voice of the customer and users, the Senior Product Manager partners with cross-functional teams to create annual product plans, define product roadmaps, lead go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful execution of features and services that address business opportunities and customer needs. Essential Functions
The Senior Product Manager will apply a strong understanding of markets, mobility technology, content delivery formats and instructional design or the process of software engineering and UI design. Ensures that the voice of the customer, user and professions drive the product visioning, creation, and management process. Contributes to product positioning, messaging, introduction, maintenance, and/or obsolescence of features, media or delivery types, products, and services. Works with the product group and/or editors, define new features, media, content and product areas and implement those for a combination of information, digital, and SaaS products. Drives the strategic direction of the product portfolio and be chiefly responsible for implementation of the strategy to drive revenue, margin and growth goals. Drives successful tradeoffs that affect cost, schedule, users, and how well the product works throughout the product life cycle. Provides product leadership from introduction through obsolescence, evaluates new technologies, articulates issues, and makes clear recommendations. Makes product positioning recommendations to management and counterparts. Drives and participates in user-experience research to identify obstacles, improve ease-of-use and customer satisfaction. Creates and delivers formal presentations and conducts group discussions on products for a broad range of audiences. Assists in the development and review of public relations and marketing communications materials. Continually reviews product usage data, and other available and relevant product usage data and maintains an ongoing dialog with customers and internal stakeholders. Acts as a mentor to product managers and, in particular, enhance their familiarity with product management best practices. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business management, computer science, information management or other related field 8+ years of experience in product management, software product development or instructional design/new product development Agile software development experience SaaS experience Strong understanding of software process, UI design, and customer needs. Exceptional oral and written communication skills Exceptional presentation skills Enthusiasm for developing global products for mobility industries Financial acumen: ability to consume, create and interpret P&Ls Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Requires strong diplomacy skills to drive alignment between competing business needs and objectives. MS Office proficient Travel to 30% to meet with customers, users, attend trade shows and conferences Preferred Qualifications

This role operates in a professional office environment and involves frequent collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and customers. Approximately 30% travel is required, including domestic and international trips, to meet with customers, conduct research, attend trade shows, and represent the organization at industry events. Work involves managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, requiring strong prioritization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. The position requires extended periods of computer and office work, including virtual meetings and presentations. The Senior Product Manager will frequently engage in cross-functional teamwork across disciplines such as engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and external subject matter experts.
