We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead our team and help us scale with excellence. Your Mission As Director of Operations, you are the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly. You’ll lead our service and sales teams, ensuring we deliver exceptional care and results to every member who walks through our doors. This is not a clipboard-and-spreadsheets role — you’ll be coaching team members, refining systems, tracking outcomes, and creating a culture of ownership and impact. You’ll work closely with the CEO and play a vital role in achieving our vision of transforming healthcare one person at a time. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Charlotte clinic. What You’ll Do

Lead People Coach and develop team members: physicians, health coaches, front desk, supplement fulfillment, enrollment, and sales/marketing. Foster a culture of excellence, care, and accountability. Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing leadership development. Own day-to-day clinic operations — systems, workflows, scheduling, fulfillment, and logistics. Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure optimal team performance and clinic flow. Ensure the team hits targets in service delivery, member retention, and supplement revenue. Drive Business Growth Ensure >85% program completion and provider schedule utilization. Oversee supplement sales operations and help drive monthly growth. Partner with CEO on high-level initiatives, strategic planning, and financial decision-making. Improve processes and documentation to scale the business smoothly and sustainably. Have 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, especially in healthcare, wellness, or service-driven businesses. Have led multi-functional teams and know how to balance empathy with accountability. Are a data-driven leader who can track performance and take action fast. Are great at coaching people, setting clear expectations, and elevating others. Communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
