Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Location: 3100 East Fletcher Avenue Tampa, Florida 33613 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Division, including AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital. AdventHealth Tampa specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women's services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery. AdventHealth Tampa is home to the renowned AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute and The Kiran C. Patel Research Institute. The Role You'll Contribute: The Executive Director for the Institute is directly responsible for the oversight of the clinical and strategic development of the Institute programs. This includes strategy, development and performance of the service line, physician practices and outpatient programs to fully integrate care and drive a value-based model. The Value You'll Bring To The Team: Set Service Line Strategic Direction & Align to Business Objectives. Establish and commit to a long-term business direction after considering clinical and financial data, resources, market drivers, and organizational values. Develop and implement strategic plans for future success with Physician Dyad leader and other stakeholders. Develop, maintain, evaluate, and expand the Institute for the West Florida Division including all aspects and segments of care. Collaborate with Facility leadership to establish and implement strategic business development plan as well as quality and operational performance metrics. Utilize financial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses and identify the implications for potential strategies. Qualifications: The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree. 7 years of related experience. Knowledge of clinical practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements and mandates, and the ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in programmatic development.
