Overview
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity! Chelsea/Woburn, MA. HCRC (Health Care Resource Centers) is looking for a nurse practitioner who will have oversight by the medical director but will work independently. HCRC is an addiction treatment program delivering medically supervised services for adults in a variety of modalities and settings. We are the largest specialty organization addressing the opioid crisis, with opportunities for those looking to make a difference. Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
Obtain a patient history and perform physical examinations.
Documentation into the EMR.
Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medications by medical staff in the Medical Director’s absence.
Monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors and Dosing Nurses.
Other related duties as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications | Education | Certifications
Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in Addiction Medicine.
Must have at least 6 months of MAT experience.
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $78.00 to $88.98 per hour.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, specialty, and training.
