Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an On-Site Hospitality Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Boston, MA. Job Details: Job Title: On-Site Hospitality Specialist Work Location: Boston, MA Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent Responsibilities

This role will be especially focused on hospitality support, including setting up/breaking down for meetings, beverage set-ups, keeping inventory, ordering supplies, cleaning refrigerators, and stocking office supplies. The second focus of this role will be back-up receptionist support, providing coverage for the receptionist's lunch and vacation days. Requirements

The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and able to provide "white glove" service. Candidates should be professional, people-oriented, and have strong customer service skills. Preferred qualities include a hospitality background, good oral communication skills, ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment, a customer-oriented approach, outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency. Other requirements include ensuring supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality, maintaining standards of cleanliness, and ensuring that conference rooms and other areas are clean, comfortable, and properly equipped.
