DUTIES : Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to work as a team member Valid NY State LPN license Must be in good standing with State Registry Rates :
