We are in search of a driven and results-focused individual to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for the design, engineering, and manufacturing of modular skid or palletized manufacturing systems in the specialty chemical and materials market. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on specialty chemicals and materials markets Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities in process design, automation, custom equipment, and turnkey systems Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and key business partners at client organizations Conduct thorough needs analysis and understand the technical requirements of clients' complex systems Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in processing equipment and manufacturing systems for the specialty chemical and materials market Bachelor Science degree in engineering, chemistry, or physics, coupled with relevant work experience Deep understanding of industrial automation systems and manufacturing equipment and systems used in the targeted industries Established history of enhancing business growth, meeting sales goals, and finalizing complex transactions The preferred location for this role is centered in or near a region that is highly active in the targeted segments; including TX, LA, NC, SC, GA, IL, IN, OH. Frequent travel to Rochester will be required. Base Salary Range $150K to $170K, depending on candidate's experience.
