Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available. Location: Sugarloaf and Tucker clinics in Lawrenceville & Tucker, GA. Salary: Atlanta, GA $160,000 - $180,000. As we expand the primary care experience, we are looking for energetic and passionate leaders to manage people, processes and technology that make One Medical unique. As an Office Medical Director, you will lead your local team in clinical excellence and sustainability. In collaboration with your manager, the District Medical Director and the Office Manager, you will solve problems and shape organizational priorities. You will continually develop your management and leadership skills as you learn about our business and operations and engage your local team. Employment Type
Full time What You’ll Be Working On
Managing a team of in-office providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, and/or PAs) and ensuring that providers meet our clinical standards and patient care needs Guiding and supporting providers’ professional development Partnering with the Office Manager to support a collaborative, positive office community Managing communication between your office and other districts, regional and central teams; representing One Medical to the local community Owning specific office management and HR functions Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic and well visits Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional telehealth visits Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training to perform in-office procedures Supervising one or more PA colleagues Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role
Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or completed a residency within the last 5 years Minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date State licensed in Georgia, obtained before start date One Medical Office Medical Directors Also Demonstrate
A passion for human-centered primary care Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care Commitment to developing others through coaching and feedback aligned with organizational goals Ability to establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and accountability Ability to address difficult issues and support others in addressing them Ability to build diverse, high-performing teams Ability to create a climate where people are motivated to do their best by inviting input and shared ownership Relocation and Benefits
