Seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 1-5 years of large law firm experience to join our intellectual property disputes practice. The successful applicant preferably possesses a background in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience, and is an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. For positions in California and Washington, DC, the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. For positions in Washington State, the salary wage ranges are as follows: Summer Associate: $4,326 weekly salary Junior Associate: $225,000 - $260,000 Mid-Level Associate: $310,000 - $390,000 For CA/DC: The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages may be outside of this range and may be part of the total compensation package, which can include medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off). Details will be provided if an offer is made. If hired, the employee will be in an at-will position and the firm reserves the right to modify compensation or benefit programs at any time for reasons related to performance, department needs, or market factors. For Washington State: The base salary wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors including prior experience, expertise, needs, and market factors. Final salary wages may be outside the range. The total compensation package may include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and various benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.), along with plans such as 401(k) and other programs. Eligible employees may also have access to additional programs and leave benefits described in the firm’s policies. Details will be provided if an offer is made.
