As a Data Analyst at Adobe's Document Cloud Customer Insights and Analytics team, you'll leverage big data to enhance customer experiences and influence business decisions. Your insights will be critical to understanding customer behavior and driving impactful changes across the organization. Responsibilities
Analyze clickstream and transactional data to derive insights into the customer journey Formulate hypotheses to address bottlenecks and improve user experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics are accurately implemented Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to validate strategies Present synthesized insights through compelling narratives to various internal stakeholders Partner with teams across Engagement & Retention, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive product growth Use statistical and data science models to enhance understanding of the customer journey from acquisition to retention Utilize Power BI and Tableau for creating diagnostic analytics dashboards Requirements
8 to 10 years of industry experience in data or business analysis High proficiency in data manipulation using SQL-like languages Experience with big data platforms and clickstream data Proficiency in Python or R Strong data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI Solid understanding of statistical modelling and data mining Nice to Have
Experience conducting A/B testing Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Seniority level
