Interim Director, Mother & Baby Unit Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 Join a Washington healthcare facility as their next Interim Director, Mother & Baby Unit.
Responsibilities
Oversee maternity and pediatric services throughout the facility, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, and manage approximately 30+ FTEs.
Evaluate staffing needs and optimize scheduling to ensure quality patient care.
Assess budget allocation and refine financial strategies for unit efficiency.
Partner with leadership to enhance operational workflows and the patient experience.
Demonstrate extensive experience in women’s services with strong leadership in budgeting, staffing, and operational problem-solving.
Maintain high organization, patient focus, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs; communicate effectively.
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Active WA and/or compact RN license required.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $150,000 to $160,000 annually. Final rate based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage and retirement benefits, depending on the role.
The listed base compensation range is a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
