Senior Manager, Digital Consulting – Oracle ERP Solution Architect for Energy & Utilities. This role is outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted, combining project and engagement management, team leadership and direct client interaction at both tactical and strategic levels. Activities vary by project size and individual strengths, with a focus on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Time may also be devoted to practice development, mentoring Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment, with a focus on Oracle Cloud modules and Energy & Utilities (or Oil & Gas) industries. Engage with clients across project phases from pursuit to delivery; manage projects and analyze data to drive actionable recommendations. Mentor and train staff in project management and technical dimensions; contribute to multi-project delivery and governance. Participate in practice development and support business development efforts as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of related experience with ERP cloud implementations in a consulting role. 3+ years of experience leading implementations with at least 2 of the following Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), Asset Management (AM), Cash, Grants, and/or PPM. 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect for ERP implementations in the Energy & Utilities or Oil & Gas industries. Experience as a functional application specialist. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the interpersonal ability to build trust and collaboration. Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions. Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams. Compensation and Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $185,000. The actual salary paid will vary based on factors including skills, certifications, experience, market changes, and travel. This role is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program. Inclusive of incentive opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $189,750 - $231,250. The job is eligible for Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
