Overview
Are you passionate about cutting-edge tech and love connecting with people? BDS Solutions is seeking energetic, part-time Bambu Lab 3D Printer Demo Specialists to bring the excitement of 3D printing to life inside Best Buy stores. In this role, you’ll be the face of innovations by sparking curiosity, educating customers, and driving sales through hands-on demos and engaging conversations. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy sharing your tech enthusiasm, we want you on our team!
This is a Seasonal position that runs from November 12 to January 3, requiring availability for two 5-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. You may cover up to 2 Best Buy locations. You will also be required to complete 6 hours of paid training.
Bonus:
Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to keep the 3D printer.
What You'll Do
Provide a friendly, educational product demo
Ensure the printer is fully stocked and functional
Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
Convert product benefits to sales - Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions of the Bambu Lab 3D printer
Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
Engage, educate, and train retail sales associates to create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation
Act as the in-store subject matter expert and point of contact for questions
Complete any required shift reporting or photos using BDS systems
Share customer insights and in-store opportunities with your manager
What You'll Bring Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales and/or customer-facing demonstrations in a retail environment
Experience with 3D printing, maker spaces, or consumer electronics preferred
Skills and Attributes:
Passion for technology and innovation
Outgoing and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging language
Strong sales negotiation skills
Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
Reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Access to either an iPhone or an Android smartphone

Compensation Pay:
USD $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs.
