Northrop Grumman is seeking Windows System Administrators to join a large classified government contract. This posting is a general listing intended to connect candidates with a Talent Advisor. Compensation
Base pay range: $81,300.00/yr - $181,300.00/yr Responsibilities
Perform as a self-sufficient Windows Systems Administrator for a large classified government contract. Maintain efficient operations of the entire IT infrastructure including Windows desktop, servers and networking equipment. Serve as primary Windows Systems Administrator supporting multiple networks and ensuring necessary IT administration tasks are completed. Lead Windows Systems Administrator activities building and maintaining Classified Windows Domains, including Active Directory maintenance and support, Group Policy, DNS management, DHCP and scopes, WSUS, SCCM and Certificate Authority server management. Spin up virtual environments and map connectivity to network storage. Qualifications
Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree for the Windows Systems Administrator role. Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree for the Principal Windows Systems Administrator role. Associate’s degree and 11 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with 13 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree for the Sr. Principal Windows Systems Administrator role. Experience maintaining Classified Windows Domains including Windows server infrastructure. Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance within a reasonable period of time as a condition of continued employment. Currently valid Security+CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar DoD 8570 security certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date; certification must be maintained as a condition of continued employment. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
