As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. Client Consultation:

Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation:

Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively. Sales Reporting:

Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain confidentiality of client information, and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. You must have a life insurance license or be able to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).
