The Sr. Learning Experience Manager is a pivotal member of the Marketing Communications Commercialization team responsible for the strategy, planning, business alignment, and seamless execution of product training content as well as Fortune Brands Water Innovations' largest corporate training event: ASMM. This position is responsible for new product launch training that supports commercialization objectives within the Moen NA Wholesale and Omni Channels (U.S. and Canada) as well as combined events that include Moen and House of Rohl. This is a hybrid role with Tuesday - Thursday in the Corporate Headquarters in Deerfield, IL. Key Responsibilities:

Drive the strategy, planning, and management of training content and materials that support key product launches, business growth targets, and objectives. Create continuity of messaging across all training mediums and platforms that deliver on product value propositions, key selling points, as well as features and benefits. Oversight of the Mediafly Sales Enablement e-learning training platform administration and site experience updates. Collaborative content development of materials with Product, Channel, Sales, Brand, and Commercialization, leveraging internal and external agency partners and supported by Associate Content Engagement & Training Manager. With Associate Marketing Content Engagement & Training Manager, forge calendar and timelines that map product launches and updates, align business priorities, and aid in communication. Develop and manage Training forecast; track spending, adjust forecasts, process invoices, and report budget status monthly. Use data and audience feedback to inform decisions about cadence, content types, content evolution, updating, and editing rights, etc. Scope and define and maintain platform expansions across all FBIN brands and channels. Project lead and manage cross-functional team to execute National Annual Sales and Marketing Meeting; single largest training investment at $2M. Outline recommendations to leadership team, provide budget & finance oversight, manage outside vendors, theme creation, production, and creative management, messaging, and product content creation, tech requirements, location sourcing, and on-site execution, communication plans, and engagement strategies as well as post-event analysis and attendee survey. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and/or marketing experience required. Experience in Marketing Communications, brand management, or public relations required. Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry preferred. Experience working with advertising agencies, media buyers, PR professionals, and others to deliver creative material required. Demonstrates ability to lead (people manager skills) through influence, collaboration, engagement, and building trust. Demonstrates solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability with strong financial acumen. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Competencies:

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD.
