Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead fraud strategy initiatives through the Alloy identity orchestration platform. This role is responsible for managing product delivery, fraud rule configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance member onboarding and fraud prevention capabilities. This role is remote and candidates must be willing to work PST time zone.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of the Alloy platform to support fraud prevention and digital identity goals.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, PBIs).
Serve as the primary liaison with Alloy and manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams including Fraud Operations, Digital, Compliance, IT, Retail, and Vendor Management.
Stay current on fraud trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Configure and optimize Alloy decision rules to reduce fraud and improve onboarding accuracy.
Conduct A/B testing, backtesting, and shadow testing to validate rule performance.
Analyze fraud data using Python, R, SQL, and Excel to identify patterns and measure impact.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to report on rule effectiveness and business impact.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Crim e Justice, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in product management for fraud management or digital identity.
Hands-on experience with Alloy or similar identity orchestration/fraud platforms.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.
Agile product ownership experience, including backlog management and sprint delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
