Credence has an immediate need for a Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist at Scott AFB, IL and other locations throughout the country. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist to support Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Directorate of Cyberspace Operations and Warfighting Communications (A6) Zero Trust (ZT) Chief Technology Officer (CN/CTO). Support data-driven decision-making through the development of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics and the creation of compelling visualizations and dashboards. Provide decision support to senior executives to gauge and assess progress, performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of enterprise Zero Trust implementation. This role requires a strong foundation in business or IT, understanding of Key Performance Indicators, hands-on experience with visualization tools, and a proven track record of supporting program management efforts within the DoD, other federal agencies, or Fortune 400 organizations. Responsibilities
Create a list of artifacts mapping Capability Elements and Services to their respective Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) Capabilities. Develop capability roll-out plans to coordinate across EIT projects and stakeholders. Develop a launch mechanism and facilitated forum to track execution of EIT Strategic Imperative Roadmaps. Support the roadmap agile tracking process with a centralized knowledge base that serves as a data source for EIT Strategic Imperative Roadmaps. Establish repeatable, standardized processes to build, escalate and socialize EIT Strategic Imperative Roadmaps. Establish capabilities and work with the DAF ZT FMO to coordinate, track, and drive activities in support of the ZT Roadmap. Establish capability to support DAF ZT and other transition activities in alignment with CTO functions. Assist in the development of policy, directives, memorandums, CONOPS, CONIMP and other documentation to support cyber security and related governance, risk management, strategy, and DoD/NIST guidance. Assist with the development and implementation of Information Protection processes, procedures, and technology requirements, including SDLC, baseline configurations, and policy for resilience with a focus on ZT. Maintain knowledge of current guidance, policies, laws, and regulations; communicate updates and incorporate them into enterprise strategies affected by ZT. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver Zero Trust focused cybersecurity awareness, training, and exercises. Coordinate with portfolio managers and program offices for systems used by the DAF; advise government leads on ZT requirements and validation of outputs to define ZT architecture deficiencies. Support development of executive-level briefings and metrics for monitoring and oversight of ZT, including reporting to Congress and senior DoD leadership. Design/develop communications and change management support for program management, financial management, and process standardization. Establish and operate capabilities within ZT FMO to coordinate, track, and drive ZT Roadmap activities with SAF/CN. Ingest strategic roadmaps, generate Implementation Plans (I-Plans), and track milestones and deliverables. Conduct assessments of existing ZT activities and provide recommendations to align with the DAF ZT Roadmap. Provide advice on implementation options and opportunities for program and capability convergence. Coordinate ZT transition activities and integrate ZT into CAP/CPG implementation and reporting. Provide capability planning guidance (CPG) implementation oversight and reporting. Education, Requirements and Qualifications
Active Secret security clearance required. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. 6 years of experience including creating project management visuals for Fortune 400 organizations or DoD/Federal agencies; experience with program management and data visualization software (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, Tableau); and experience building and managing dashboards. Experience simplifying complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives for presentations and infographics. Experience managing the entire presentation design process, collaborating with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating slides, incorporating feedback, and meeting deadlines. Experience developing compelling branding within an approved library of standardized fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, themes, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a federal or defense contracting environment. Understanding of Operations Research principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and performance metrics. Certifications in data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist). Artificial Intelligence training and/or certifications.
