Reporting directly to the VP of Hardware Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across our product portfolio.

Lead and inspire a team of product design engineers. Drive product vision and strategy. Oversee the entire product design lifecycle. Champion user experience and focus on manufacturability. Provide technical guidance and expertise. Cross-functional collaboration with various teams. Risk management and innovation exploration. Vendor management. Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a consumer product design engineer. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing product design teams. Materials and manufacturing expertise. High volume and high touch design ability. 3D modeling skills and communication skills. Benefits:
