About the Role
In this role, you\u2019ll partner with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to drive the success of our Cloud software solutions, focusing on the DACH and EMEA regions. You will manage the sales cycle from a Pre-Sales perspective, taking ownership from opportunity qualification through to contract finalization.
Responsibilities
Support Pre-Sales activities around Invoice Processing including global E-Invoicing, Accounts Payable, and Document Capturing.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagement activities and events.
Assist in creating and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and similar opportunities for Serrala\'s global customer base.
Prepare and lead customer demos and assessment workshops.
Represent Serrala at industry conferences and relevant events, showcasing our solutions.
Continuously improve Pre-Sales processes, presentations, and demos to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Lead webinars, customer events, and other presentations to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Build and deepen your market and product knowledge to stay informed about Serrala, ERPs, and the competitive landscape.
Share insights and knowledge with Sales and Implementation teams to drive success across functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Skills
A strong understanding of general P2P, Accounts Payable, E-Invoicing, Document Management processes, and vendor payments.
Proven experience in Management Consultancy or IT sectors, either as a Pre-Sales Consultant or an Implementation Services Consultant, or direct experience in AP or finance departments.
A solid understanding of invoice processing, including approvals, E-Invoicing, Data Capturing, Artificial Intelligence, and Reporting tools.
Strong expertise in Cloud/SaaS solutions.
Experience with ERP systems and ERP integration (AR, AP, General Accounting) is beneficial.
Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.
Motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to take ownership of your work and contribute to a team-driven environment.
Flexibility and willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%) to meet the needs of the role and support customer engagements.
