Job Title: Application Architect (Application) Location: Plano, TX Salary: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 Posted: 11 hours ago Responsibilities
Partner with client stakeholders and architects to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Assess and leverage the existing technology landscape when designing new architectures/solutions. Ensure all solutions align with industry standards, IT best practices, and enterprise-level needs. Design secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial. Define, develop, and maintain technical standards, patterns, and policies for the organization. Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement new ideas and provide technical expertise in client engagements. Provide architectural and technical support to development teams across onshore and offshore locations. Contribute to solutioning sessions, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews to ensure delivery quality. Drive adoption and governance of Azure Cloud services across enterprise applications to ensure cost optimization, performance, and security. Qualifications and Skills
Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core. Strong knowledge of Design Patterns, Microservices architectures, and distributed system design. Experience with WCF, Web API, RESTful services, and multi-tier enterprise applications. Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure Cloud leveraging PaaS/IaaS services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, Event Hub, Service Bus, etc.). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Splunk, etc.). Experience developing scalable, resilient, and flexible enterprise solutions. Strong database modeling and enterprise data architecture experience. Expertise in implementing application-level security, identity management, and compliance controls. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and integration in enterprise applications is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and business communication skills. Strong problem diagnosis and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proven knowledge of enterprise system architecture principles. Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with offshore teams. Continuous learner with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs. Seniorities and Employment
