Job Responsibilities Work with broker team, analytics team, and other team members (technology, financial) to identify client needs and develop additional opportunities related to products and services. Inventory and manage client as well as industry data Analyze, edit and model complex data and make appropriate decisions regarding analyses Assist in coordinating analysis priorities with appropriate broker teams Take ownership and responsibility for quality, accuracy and timely completion of analysis Understand reinsurance contracts and products (terminology, terms and conditions) Assist in preparing client-ready presentations to communicate analysis results to brokers and clients Required Education, Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree required in Math, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other similarly quantitative or analytically oriented major, or equivalent experience 2 years of experience in an analytically centric environment 3-5 CAS Actuarial Exams completed and passed or an advanced degree in a related field Preferred Skills and Experience Programming (Python, R), and/or VBA or SQL abilities Dynamic Financial Analysis or Economic Capital Modeling experience a plus Reinsurance and/or consulting experience preferred How we support our colleagues Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance, various types of leaves of absence, paid time off, including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 15 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance; optional personal insurance policies, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions. The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $85k-110k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
