creative, detail-oriented Short-Form Content Editor

to lead

production of short-form video

for Frameshifts. You’ll transform long-form podcast episodes into

engaging, platform-native clips

for

YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X/Twitter . Core Responsibilities Review & Edit Clips

— Identify key moments and produce

high-impact short-form videos . Enhance Content

— Add

branding, captions, b-roll, sound effects, and light animations

to optimize retention. AI Workflows

— Use

Opus Clip

and similar tools to accelerate and repurpose edits. Brand Consistency

— Maintain a

cohesive visual style

across all outputs. Asset & Upload Management

— Organize exports and upload

completed clips

to

Google Drive . Team Comms

— Update the team via

Slack

when clips are ready for publishing. Requirements Video Editing Experience

with social, podcast, or digital content (portfolio required). Tools

— Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro ,

Final Cut Pro , or similar. AI Tools

— Familiarity with
