Description About the Role: ReviveHealth is seeking a dynamic

Vice President, Head of Sales

to lead its growth strategy and accelerate market expansion. This executive will oversee the full sales distribution channel, manage a team of high-performing Sales Directors, and drive new business by contributing large individual sales. The VP. Head of Sales will serve as a key member of the leadership team, shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable revenue growth with employers, consultants, and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Directors responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth. Own the end-to-end sales distribution channel, including pipeline development, lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure. Personally manage a select portfolio of high-value partners and deliver individual sales results. Set sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring accountability across all sales team members. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to align sales strategies with company goals and market needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefit consultants, channel partners, and enterprise clients. Provide regular forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue reporting to executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement in sales process, tools, and methodologies to maximize performance and efficiency. Represent ReviveHealth at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand presence and expand the sales network. Key Competencies Strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles within healthcare, benefits, digital health, or adjacent industries. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing both teams and personal quotas. Deep expertise in employer health solutions, benefit consulting distribution channels, or similar consultative sales environments. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams. Strong financial, analytical, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate insights into action. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
