Responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region. Specific responsibilities include:
Overseeing projects.
Performing technical report reviews.
Preparing and reviewing proposals.
Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
Leading and coaching junior staff members.
Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
Mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.
Participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).
Qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with a specialized Master-level certification.
Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP), as certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
12+ years of relevant professional related experience.
Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm.
